Kevin Cusson - DJ, Emcee
Kevin's true passion for music began at an early age. He started with piano and moved onto alto and tenor sax. Quickly he grew as a performer in the jazz band and his skills on the sax took him to statewide competitions in high school. At the age of 16 Kevin first discovered the art of mixing music and soon realized that being a DJ was his next goal. He's always loved every form of music ranging from classical to rock, Motown to hip hop, dance club hits to the 80s, etc. Kevin booked his first private function when he was 17 and moved into the club scene when he was 18 where he immediately established a reputation as one of the most in demand, cutting edge DJs in the Greater Boston area.
As a DJ and promoter he's worked from Connecticut to Boston and has performed in front of over 1,700 people dancing to his seamless mixes. Kevin's broad knowledge of music and technical virtuosity on the turntables is a winning combination for any client looking to host an amazing party. Currently he holds 4 resident nights on the North Shore, but makes guest appearances all over the Boston area.

"Kevin was the perfect DJ for our wedding. We highly recommend him. He played the music we requested and added a few songs that fit our style. He also found some obscure songs we asked for. Kevin worked with a friend of ours to arrange for her to sing our first dance, live, with a background instrumental, and practiced with her during cocktails so she was well prepared by the time the reception started. And he helped us choose a last dance when we were drawing a blank. Kevin also setup the amber lighting and it looked great. And last minute, when our ceremony location was moved due to weather, he provided the recorded music and coordinated it with our live singer. And it all went off without a hitch.
