Brass Ensembles

The size of the ensemble is up to you. This section describes the most requested and popular line-ups. If you don't see something you want, just contact us and we'll be happy to put together a combination in line with your vision.
After reading about the different options below, visit our Classical Musicians page to hear samples.
| Ensemble | Description/Notes |
|---|---|
| Soloist | A trumpet or french horn soloist, usually with piano accompaniment but also available a capella. Simple, yet makes a real impact. |
| Duo | Our most popular duos are two trumpets or trumpet and french horn. Adding a pianist is optional. |
| Trio | The classic brass trio is trumpet, french horn, and trombone. Has a nice rounded sound. |
| Quartet | Adds a trumpet to the trio, so two trumpets, french horn, and trombone. This really fills out the ensembles sound with a regal flair. |
| Quintet | Two trumpets, french horn, trombone, tuba. This is recommended for large gatherings, outdoor weddings, cocktail hours, and graduations. The fullest sound of the groups. |
As you can see, the combinations are limited only by your imagination. To hear and compare samples of various combinations, visit our Classical Musicians page.
Musician compensation is typically $250/musician for the first hour, followed by $100/musician/hour thereafter. Extra charges apply when an hour or more of travel from the Boston area is required. Call or email today for an immediate price quote.
